The Prime 289 menu is a gastronomic delight with starters like Pan Fried Calamari, Tuna Tartare and Chilled Seafood Salad. And salads that make your mouth water like the Roasted Beet and Asparagus Salad. After you have tried all our perfectly-aged cuts of prime beef, you can sample the Jerk Salmon, our Mixed Grill, Chicken Chardonnay, and Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp.
